Sizzling Mini Skillets with Beef Brisket and Spoon Bread

Adding flair to a traditionally Southern meal, we served sizzling hot Beef Brisket and Spoon Bread in individual mini skillets. Design Cuisine has a reputation for our impressive homemade spoon bread.  Spoon bread became popular in the South around the early 1900s. It has a light pudding like consistency and derived its name because it is traditionally consumed with (you may have guessed it) ~ a spoon.
