Featured Wedding at Decatur House

Just steps from the White House in Lafayette Square stands the historic Decatur House, a stunning venue for weddings and events alike. Design Cuisine was featured in Martha Stewart Real Weddings for the wedding of Lauren and Christopher. Natural colored linens were paired with French Vintage chairs and crowned with florals from Sidra Forman. Sentimental touches were brought in such as a brie station that featured cheeses from the grooms heritage countries, Denmark and New Zealand. At the end of the evening mini ice cream sandwiches were passed with cigars to celebrate. Design Cuisine executive Sarah Gallo worked with event planners Emily and Amber from Karson Butler Events.
