Featured DC Wedding ~ National Museum of Women in the Arts
Design Cuisine recently catered a DC event at the National Museum of Women in the Arts. The wedding extravaganza was captured by the artistic Holland Photo Arts team and they shared these fantastic photos with us. After exchanging nuptials at New York Avenue Presbyterian Church the party headed over to NMWA where guests were greeted with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Our executive Erica Fredericks worked with DC wedding planner Jessica Brown at Simply Chic Events, Amaryllis and Frost Lighting.
Beautiful peonies and hydrangeas in gold vessels matched the gold ornate base plates and gold rim stemware.
In the center of the National Museum of Women in the Arts was our custom white bar with gold chiavari chairs.
Servers passed hors d’oeuvres including a Design Cuisine speciality, Lobster Maki.
Cherry, Apple and Key Lime Tartlets were featured on a pie dessert buffet that laid on top a bed of roses.
