Mini Food Cart Stations

Everyone loves a good food trucks. You can’t go anywhere on the National Mall without seeing delicious food trucks making a splash. To bring this concept to events, we have created rolling food cart stations in many different themes such as lettuce wraps, soups, tacos and a variety of sweets. Here are two food carts that made an appearance at a recent event. For the comfort food lovers we have The Big Melt including Grilled Three Cheese with Truffles and Grilled Cheddar BLT’s. The second cart featured, Souped Up, has Wild Watercress Soup with Crab Salad, Matzo Ball Soup, and Red Thai Curry Coconut Soup with Grilled Shrimp Skewers. Delicioso!
