Brick Oven Pizza & Salad Jars ~ Food Station Fun

An enticing food station at an after party following the White House Correspondence dinner drew guests in to enjoy irresistible pizza and salad. Design Cuisine partnered with The Red Zebra Wood Fired Pizza to serve brick oven pizza with amazing toppings.

The first was Sausage and Cheese Pizzetta with caramelizing onions, tomato jam, spicy turkey sausage and goat ricotta cheese drizzled with balsamic. The second was a vegetarian option, Tomato Arugula Pizzetta with ribiola cheese, kalamata olives, basil pesto and preserved tomatoes. Every pizza was baked onsite in these portable brick ovens…

The pizza paired perfectly with individual salad jars with classic Caesar Salad with parmesan cheese tuile and a new Chopped Kale Salad with cherries, blueberries, grapes, heirloom tomatoes, walnuts and blush wine vinaigrette. Enjoy!!
