French Renaissance Inspired Wedding

Elegance and luxury, two words best used to describe this wedding held at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium. An abundance of candles and white roses graced the mirrored tables that Design Cuisine custom designed and built to pair with French vintage and lucite chiavari chairs, with gold embellished place settings.

Guests enjoyed a dual entrée of Mushroom Crusted Beef Tenderloin with port syrup and Dijon Herb Crusted Double Cut Lamb Chop with mint lamb jus. Accompaniments included Spring Pea Risotto, Truffle Cauliflower Puree and Micro Vegetables. Chocolate Soufflé with valrhona chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream sweetened the evening.
