Seth & Josh, brimming with dandy style hosted their guests in true Gatsby form transforming the historic Anderson House with minimal yet elegant floral arrangements in navy and white, golden candelabras, an abundance of votive & floating candles. An eclectic menu of cherry duck in puff pastry, gravlax canapés, and negamaki hors d’eouvres gave way to the “salt of the earth” station which seasons while it cooks tuna, lamb, scallops and exotic vegetables on oversized hot pink Himalayan salt blocks. Tapas, tea sandwiches, and fresh salads made sure all guests were as satisfied as they were dazzled. A four tier alternating flavor cake comprised of chocolate marquis, raspberries, and praline was created catering to both grooms rich taste.
