A Vegan Work of Art

At Design Cuisine we accommodate many special food requests and have fabulous vegan dishes. Here’s a few quick shots from a party that featured vegan dishes. The main course was a Moroccan Spiced Chickpea Cake entrée (both vegan and gluten free) with seasonal vegetables, coconut curry-squash sauce, dates, apricots, ginger and toasted almonds. The vegan hors d’oeuvre, Cauliflower Brochette, included sun-dried tomatos, marjoram and black olive tapenade. They taste just as delectable as they look!
