Paint Your Palate ~ One Course at a Time

When we say, “Paint Your Palate” – we’re serious. We think of food as carefully constructed art pieces served one course at a time. Here’s a few courses from a particularly yummy party. Notice the many colors – orange, red, yellow, plum and shades of green. The first course is a Fig Tart Tatin with truffled goat cheese, lemon air and black olive puree. Second course features Beet Risotto with crispy onion rings and marscapone. The third course follows with Black Cod with a warm citrus vanilla sea urchin salad and a side of Grilled Vegetable and Haloumi Cheese Lasagne. The grand finale was Braised Veal Cheeks with white onion gravy and a Gruyere popover served alongside Butternut Squash and Pear Curry. So good!
