Scrumptious Brunch Bites

For an event the weekend of the White House Correspondence dinner, Design Cuisine catered a brunch in downtown DC. Mirrored buffet tables were used to display the scrumptious brunch bites and colorful cocktail glassware created an artful display. The menu featured Yogurt & Fruit Breakfast Parfaits, Mascarpone Strawberries with caramel shard, Black-Bottomed Nutella Swirl Cheesecake, Super Mini Key Lime Pie Slice with lime zest, Caramelized Pineapple Skewers with lemon rum drizzle and mini cupcakes from Georgetown Cupcakes. A team from Dog Tag Bakery, a non-profit benefiting military disabled veterans and their spouses, were on hand passing yummy brownies for all to enjoy!
