Apple Pie for the 4th of July

July 4th brings out the best in all-American cuisine. In addition to peach cobblers and flag cakes, one of our favorite desserts for the 4th is Apple Pie. We use the freshest New York Hudson Valley sliced apples with a buttery crumble crust lightly coated with cinnamon and sugar. It’s served on a white platter with Artisanal Cheeses, Homemade Sour Cream Ice Cream and a touch of Maple Caramel Sauce. Grab a spoon and enjoy the fireworks!!
