Culinary Compromise

USMC Captain Joseph Kristol first romanced his vegan sweetheart Delia over falafel sandwiches in Harvard Square. Several years, and two deployments later, a compromise of beef short ribs for him, and char grilled vegetables with millet and cilantro walnut pesto for her was on the menu, served surrounded by the iconic backdrop of Union Station. The duo selected a two flavor, three tier wedding cake featuring alternating layers of apple spice, and carrot cake, surrounded by mini pickup sweets & salted caramel cups.
