Summer just got a little hotter for Executive Chef Shannon Shaffer who has been invited to present at the annual James Beard Foundation: Chefs & Champagne tasting event in the Hamptons. Honoring TV Personality, chef, and author Carla Hall, Shannon will be preparing Smoked Pork Belly with Braised Red Cabbage & Mustard Cream.
