Food is more than substance. It’s a beautifully crafted work of art. As we present each course at an event, we like to think of it as unveiling a masterpiece. The key is a perfect blend of color and flavor. A splendid first course option is Tsar Salmon and Petrossian Caviar with Horseradish pearls and créme fraiche served with a blini.
