Local Cheese And Jam Pairing Station

What makes us smile? a strong cheddar ~ a creamy brie ~ a slowly ripened camembert. For this food station, we’ve paired lush local artisan cheeses from Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. We have all of the essential flavors including:

• Appalachian with damson plum preserves and toasted hazelnuts
• Cabra La Mancha with apricot preserves and fresh fennel strips
• Green Hill Camembert with sour cherry preserves and fresh tarragon leaves
• Port Chester with early glow strawberry preserves and sweet honeycomb.
